More Stuff from the 6-8 PBE: New Teemo Splash and new skin textures.

Yesterday's PBE update is the gift that keeps on giving.

The biggest chunk to come out of the chaos of last nights PBE was... A BRAND NEW TEEMO SKIN! WE JOICE MY BROTHERS FOR IT HAS BEEN TOO LONG SINCE WE RECIEVED AN ADDITIONAL SKIN FOR EVERYONE'S FAVORITE YORDLE!




A big thanks goes out to the gentlemen over at Skin Spotlights who  have also provided me with some additional information about four new skins that popped up in the PBE Update. They are, in order, for Karma, Olaf, Jarvan, and Malphite. This aren't skinned to anything, just the textures, but you can get a faint idea of what each skin is about.
Additionally, the Dreadknight Tryndamere skin, mentioned yesterday, is in the files ( or at least an animation for his spin is ) but there are no textures available.


 Karma also  now has filesfor "karma_heavenlyWave_unit_knockback_tar", are those long awaited Karma changes going to swoop in with a new skin?


As far as balancing changes in the patch , Reign of Gaming has deduced the following

Champions

Gragas

• Base Health increased to 523, from 493.
• Armor increased to 19.6 (+3.6), from 18.7 (+2.7)

Nunu

• Consume Cooldown decreased to 16/14/12/10/8 Seconds, from 18/16/14/12/10 Seconds

Rumble (These are not buffs, the tooltips just clarify Danger Zone amounts now)

• Electro Harpoon Tooltip updated: Danger Zone Bonus: Deals 30% additional damage and slowpercentage is increased to20/26/33/39/45%. 
• Scrap Shield Tooltip udpated: Danger Zone Bonus: 30% increasein shield health and Movement Speed is increased to13/19/26/32/39%.

Warwick (The notes are unclear but I imagine its +1% for every 100 AP.)

• Hungering Strike AP Ratio increased to 75/125/175/225/275 (+1) and 8/10/12/14/16% (+1), from 75/125/175/225/275(+1) and 8/10/12/14/16% (+0)

Items

Mana Potion

• Gold Cost reduced to 35, from 40.
