If you are curious about
Syndra's kit and abilities, I'll defer you to
S@20's previous post on the matter,which includes all the Gamescom information about her. As soon as she becomes playable on the PBE, I'll be sure post updated information.
We do have an exciting new skin for
Sona in this build. Feast your eyes upon
Arcade Sona. Her model name is "PaxSona" but it has been confirmed that she will
not be exclusive to the upcoming PAX event; she will enter the store and be available for everyone.

Justicar Syndra all have a work in progress placeholder in place of their splash arts.So, for now, all we get to look at this boring grey thing:
Here are the tentative balance changes found in the patch. These come transcribed from
Reign of Gaming's latest set of unofficial PBE patch notes.
Alistar
- Headbutt range reduced from 650 to 600.
- Base movement speed reduced to 300 from 305.
Corki
- Valkyrie cool down time increased to 26/23/20/17/14 seconds from 20/18/16/14/12 seconds.
Diana
- Crescent Strike damage reduced to70/110/150/190/230 (+0.7*AP) from 80/125/170/215/260 (+0.8*AP).
- Lunar Rush's cooldown increased to 25/20/15 seconds from 20/16/12 seconds.
- Base HP/5 reduced to 6 from 9.
Evelynn
- Dark Frenzy 's cooldown lowered to 15 seconds at all levels from 20.
- Ravage's range increased from 225 from 185.
- Agony's Embrace cooldown reduced to 120/90/60 Seconds from 120/100/80 Seconds.
Ezreal
- Essence Flux now deals 70/115/160/205/250 (+0.8*AP) magic damage from 80/130/180/230/280 (+0.7*AP)
- Mystic Shot's mana cost reduced to 28/31/34/37/40 Mana from 30/35/40/45/50 Mana.
Gragas
- Body Slam's mana cost increased to 75 from 50.
Graves
- Quick Draw's bonus attack speed lowered to 30/40/50/60/70% from 40/50/60/70/80%.
Karthus
- Wall of Pain changed to "Magic Resist reduced by 15 % " from "Armor and Magic Resist reduced by 15/20/25/30/35 " and wall's length increase per rank is now showed in the tooltip.
Nunu
- Ice Blast's attack speed and movement speed slow duration reduced to 3 seconds from 4 seconds.
Shen
- Shadow Dash's cooldown increased to 16/14/12/10/8 Seconds from 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 Seconds.
Twitch
- Expunge's damage increased to 40/50/60/70/80 from 20/35/50/65/80 and the mana cost has been decreased to 50/60/70/80/90 mana from 70/75/80/85/90 mana.
Ziggs
- Mega Inferno Bomb's reduced damage to enemies further away from the center of the blast has been increased to 80% from 75%.
The shop underwent some maintenance and there is now a REFUND button in the store! Don't get too excited though, if you look in the bottom left corner you'll see
the number of "Refund Credits" you have left on your account. As you may have deduced, each refund expends one of these credits.
Currently, if you message Riot support, they are able to refund up to three semi-current (within the last 30 days ) purchases. It seems like this is just that process streamlined to avoid Riot spending man hours on something they could easily automate.

DeleteI think some of them are quite nice, some are pretty ugly. For example Amumu, GP, Malz, Corki, Morde are pretty nicely designed but Rene and Teemo don't look really well. Rene gives you 2D feeling in my opinion.

All 3 members of the AD Carry Terror Trio(Graves Ez and Corki)have finally been nerfed.

He's hopefully in line for a nerf come next patch, if not prepare to see even more than you see now.

DeleteMaxing W is an AS debuff and passes through minions without damaging them. Guess who're you're fighting botlane? An AD carry, who is the most affected by Ezreal's AS debuff.
Maxing Q is what noobs did, and Riot wanted to change that.
Buffing Q and nerfing W is still a net nerf to Ezreal. Learn to play the position before you make a comment like that.
Honestly i see his W as being balanced, it has a longer cooldown than his Q and it costs a TON of mana.

I've been waiting for her to get nerfed to the ground unfortunately, this doesn't cut it. Increase the cooldown on her ult to make people who didn't land the skillshot pay when they quickly press R after Q.

Deletediana was completly balanced. shes simply akali in mana form that does her job a lot worse. her ultimate consumes all marks so u cant spam it, does little damage, q is easy as balls to avoid and her e has an extreamly low range. there was no reason to nurf her. her base damage was fine but shes an assasin so shes suposed to nuke.

ReplyDeleteFINALLY. Nunu has finally been nerfed! The slow should really be 1-2 seconds since the ice ball does so much damage.
ReplyDeletepersonaly hated nunu because they gave an undodgeable nuke a cc that lasted forever and reduced ur stats by a lot. hardly balanced.
DeleteBear in mind that this is Nunu's only decent source of dmg. Landing ult is pure luck in 99% of the cases. AA dmg is very low and consume is useful only early-mid game. 3 seconds will do (saying this as a Nunu player)

PAX Sona better not be PAX-only. Skins aren't meant to make people jealous, they're supposed to be for everyone to enjoy. Not only that, but it favors people who live in the USA. Those of us in Australia, New Zealand, etc have to sit and suffer whilst these cool skins go straight past us.

ReplyDeletebearing in mind that the current system (contacting riot support) has a timer on returns, if you did not purchase the skin within 30 days of the release of this patch i highly doubt you'll be able to get your RP back.
DeleteI expect the refund policy to come out the same time as this champion, and since she isn't even available for selection on the PBE i don't expect to see this patch for another 2 weeks atleast.
IMO if they want to nerf alistar they should remove the stun on his Q, make it so you only get knock up for about 1 second. 1,5 second stun and knock up is way to much and way to easy for him to combo on you. Basically you cant fight him easly because, everytime you are about to kill his AD carry, he Q+ E you away. Thats the only problem I see with him at the moment.
