I bought Kat skin , and was thinking about buying LB one , but i changed my mind after seeing how all the skills are same as default , i can see now how the new skins has better quality and worth the 975 , LB one doesn't worth 975 anymore < IMO.

I think the baron icon is different than the others. It looks at your entire past (or just this year) until now and sees your history of being reported (like Santa watches you all year) and then it will give it to those who haven't been banned or reported. That's why some people have already recieved it and it takes a longer time because it goes off of past records.

Some how I got the Nashor skin. I do own the Veigar skin and did play him. Maybe that's the way you get it? Unsure... Who ever else has the Veigar skin might be able to confirm this.

Well my friend has the nashor icon. he owns a previous snowdown skin but not one from this year. He's never used one in game and doesn't have honorable opponent. So it's probably not for getting honorable opponent (also I have honorable opponent and I don't have it)

so it doesn't have anything to do with being banned, nothing to do with honor since i have honorable badge and lots of honor and i've got friends with almost no honor who have it..

I got the Nashor Icon as soon as I signed on, and I have been banned by the Tribunal once a while back since I had to leave many games, so I got banned for 2 weeks, so it has nothing to do with Tribunal bans.
