Champions:
Udyr
- Turtle Stance reverted to 60/95/130/165/200 from 60/100/140/180/220. It is back to what it is on live.
- Monkey's Agility, in addition to 10% attack speed, now also grants 4% Armor and Magic Resist for 5 seconds, stacking up to three times.
Rengar
- Thrill of the Hunt stealth duration now lasts 8 seconds up from from 5 seconds. (* Note: I believe this was in the original 12/20 pbe update but I missed it, either way it's currently 8 seconds )
Items:
Archangel's Staff
- No longer grants mana on basic attack ( reverted from last PBE patch )
- Now Grants +6 Maximum mana per spell cast / mana usage, up from +5.
Hextech Gunblade
- Spell Vamp is now unique
The Black Cleaver
- Armor reduction reverted to 6.25% from 7.5% ( reverted from last PBE patch, now same as live. )
Enchantment: Captain
- Bonus minion movement speed reduced to 20% from 25%
Iceborn Gauntlet
- Movement Speed slow reduced to 30% for all users ( ranged / melee distinction from last patch has been reverted )
The Lightbringer
- New Unique Passive: Nearby Stealthed enemy traps are revealed.
