New Three Sisters Quest
Seems things aren't so chill over in Freljord and, based on some fancy new files, the Three Sisters will be on an in game quest to defeat each other!
These little icons will, presumably, pop up as an in game quest ( think Rengar / Kha'zix interaction ) and encourage each sister to hunt down the other via a buff icon.

Each "faction" seems to have a start quest dialogue and a victory dialogue.
"Lissandra is an abomination. Ashe must eliminate her to protect her people."
"Sejuani cannot be reasoned with. Ashe must defeat her to build a better future for the Freljord."
"Ashe is a powerful symbol to her people. Lissandra must kill her, so they will fall in line."
"Sejuani is too reckless and powerful to control. Lissandra must put her down."
"Ashe's peaceful alliance must be broken.Sejuani must kill her and rule with strength."
"Lissandra is an abomination. Sejuani must crush her to purify the Freljord."
The end dialogue proclaims the victory as "Queen of Freljord" and gives a nice flavor text based on who was defeated.
"Queen of the Freljord : The natural order of the Freljord has been restored. Ashe will lead her people to a better future."
"Queen of the Freljord : Peace has been restored to the Freljord. Ashe will lead her people to a better future"
"Queen of the Freljord :The Freljord tribes are under Lissadra's control. The rise of the Iceborn is at hand."

Balance Changes
Diana
- Pale Cascade ( W ) cooldown has been increased to 14/13/12/11/10 from 10 at all ranks.
Sejuani
- Flail of the Northern Winds ( W ) can now be reactivated to start swinging before landing an auto attack, just as promised a few days ago.
Thresh
- Death Sentence's ( Q ) passive has been moved to Flay ( E ).
Zed
- Shadow Slash ( E ) now reduced cooldown by 2 seconds up from 1 second except now only triggers on champions hit instead of any enemy.
