The more interesting additions are a few file references to a new Morgana skin.
The fact that this is labelled as "Skin06" is particularly interesting because Morgana only has 4 Skins at the moment, with the fifth one being MIA/Skipped/Whatever. Not sure if this means there is a cancelled skin holding in that spot or what. Either way it's looking to be a fire related Morgana skin.
Other than that there seems to be four new, but blank/empty, summoner icons and a few tooltip changes.
