Just as we've seen with other servers in the past, Riot is cooking up a new skin in celebration of the imminent Latin American servers. Allow me to introduce you to "La Llorona" ( a file name, not official ) Morgana.

Further details, such as availability and what not, are unknown at this time. The file name is "La Llorona", a popular South American folk legend. Unsure if this is the "Morgana_Skin06" skin we saw on the PBE a few days ago or not.
