Late Night 7/10 - 7/11 PBE Update

A patch was pushed to the PBE, removing all the new 3.10 content from yesterday. This new patch contains bug fixes for some of the issues that came with the recently released patch 3.9 and, once it is cleared to be pushed to live, you can expect the 3.10 content to return in the very near future.
