A small patch has been pushed to the PBE including a model for the Warding Totem's ward and Nasus' selection quote.
(Warning: PBE Content is tentative and iterative - what you see may not reflect what eventually gets pushed to live servers! Manage your expectations accordingly. )
Warding Totem Trinket Ward
The new "Warding Totem" trinket now has a unique ward skin - which looks like it's item icon - for the wards it puts down.
At level 9 when you get the "Greater Totem" upgrade, your trinket ward blooms and looks like this.

Nasus Selection Quote

Here's RiotBrokenSword with more info on a minor change coming to selecting skins during champion select."My team has implemented a change that makes choosing your skin in Champ Select more reliable, while addressing some PVP.net errors that have occurred since... forever.
In Champ Select, when the final ten-second countdown ends, your skins menu will now lock onto your final selection and will no longer be scrollable. Being able to still scroll through skins, after the countdown ended, lead to confusion of which skin you actually selected. In some cases, this caused errors in PVP.net ("Error: Null") and the occasional game crash. Now you can be certain the skin you selected is the skin you will have in-game (in addition to having a safer and more reliable client .
We are considering a similar change for selecting Runes, Masteries, and Summoner Spells selection, but would like to get your feedback on this change first.
