9/29 PBE Update: Warmonger Sion updates, Sion Login

The PBE has been updated, including a new Sion login theme, updates to Warmonger Sion, minor updates for Championship Shyvana, and more!

Sion Login

To go along with his update, Sion has his own login screen and music!

When you move your cursor around the login, the helmet of Sion's poor victim moves around.

Here's the one and only Riot Ve1vet with a bugs and feedback thread for Sion's login:
"Hey everyone! 
Wanted to just drop in and provide some quick context around Sion and login screens in general. 
When creating login screen we only have so much bandwidth and limited time on the client to create some fancy animations. Champions always take priority, with Events, Legendary/Ultimate Skins and eSports falling in there between Champ releases. Sion's relaunch has been a long time coming, and we felt like... hey, this guy deserves a moment in the proverbial sun! We've never done a Champion Relaunch for a login screen before, and while we may not do one for every relaunch going forward- we'd like to support them when we can. 
Now with the context out of the way- what do you guys think?! 
This login has two animations- his idle and head-stomping state, along with some tech where helmet-guy will slightly follow the movement of your mouse. With all login screens we look for laggy animations and any bugs that may occur. 
I hope you enjoy! Pitayin and I will be hanging out in this thread to check out your feedback, so swing in and chat with us :)

Warmonger Sion Updated

Due to player feedback, the colors on the updated Warmonger Sion have been changed to better reflect the original color scheme used in his pre-update skin.

Championship Shyvana Tweaks

Championship Shyvana has also received a few updates. Her armor has been brightened up a bit as well as slight changes to her claws and arm blades.

Anivia Q Update

Anivia's Q has been updated to include a small circle to show it's area of effect, as well a new indicator to do the same thing.

Other

The new 2014 Championship Ward, which was originally added in the 9/25 PBE update, now has a store image.

Notable bugs

As of today's update, shadows are still bugged and are flickering all over the place. Sion's new VO is also bugged and not playing. Dunkmaster Darius is also bugged and currently disabled.

Balance Changes

* Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical changes. The changes you see below may be lacking context or other accompanying changes that didn't make it in - don't freak out! These are not official notes.

Champions
Akali
  • Twilight Shroud (W) movement speed now 20/40/60/80/100% from 60/70/80/90/100%
  • [Context: Akali's W was changed earlier this cycle to no longer give bonus armor/mr and now gives a short duration movement speed boost.]

Kha'Zix
  • Void Spike (W) damage lowered to 80/110/140/170/200 from 75/115/155/195/235.

Yasuo
  • Base HP lowered to 380 from 430.
  • Base movement speed lowered to 340 from 350.
