5/19 PBE Update: Ekko R Symbol, Skin Updates, new eSports summoner icons, and more

First up, today's update includes several tweaks to Ekko, Sandstorm Ekko, and Knockout Lee Sin!

Ekko's Time clone now has a symbol over his head that changes every couple of seconds. Gypsylord has noted this is to make it a little easier to pick out in a team fight.

Speaking of Sandstorm Ekko, there were also a few changes to his back, pants, shoes, and hands.
Knockout Lee Sin has also received a new, puncherific Q indicator in today's patch.

As regional leagues are starting back up again, several summoner icons  for various esports teams joining these leagues have been added.

Balance Changes

Sejuani

• Flail of the Northern Winds (W) % of target's Max HP on initial hit lowered to 4/4.5/5/5.5/6% from 4/5.5/7/8.5/10%
• Flail of the Northern Winds (W) swing AoE damage bonus health scaling down to 4/5/6/7/8% from 4/6/8/10/12%

Ardent Censer

• Unique Passive's Buff duration lowered to 6 seconds from 10 seconds 

• [Note: Remember AC received a change in an earlier patch to make it grant less attack speed but also 30 magic damage on hit. AC's buff duration is currently 6 seconds on live]
