- They've completed this round of New Champion Select testing on the PBE, other queues have been re-enabled.
Balance Changes
* Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical changes. The changes you see below may be lacking context or other accompanying changes that didn't make it in - don't freak out! These are not official notes.
Champions
- Dark Wind (E) mana cost reduced to 60/70/80/90/100 from 50/70/90/110/130
- Crowstorm (R) cooldown reverted to 150/140/130 from 130/120/110
- [NOTE: Back to live values for R.]
Mordekaiser
- Iron Man (Passive) decay per second when above 25% shield reverted to 2% from 1.5%
- Harvesters of Sorrow (W) can now be cast on allied minions.
- [NOTE: This will trigger the "when they touch" damage!]
- Siphon of Destruction (E) damage increased to 50/80/110/140/170 from 45/75/105/135/165
- [NOTE: Live value is 35/65/95/125/155]
- Children of the Grave (R) -
- While total damage over duration remains the same, now [steals 25% of total damage instantly and 75% over 10 seconds] from [steals 50% of total damage instantly and 50% over 10 seconds]
- Ghost's bonus attack damage now [40% of Mordekaiser's total AD] from [100% of Mordekaiser's bonus AD]
- [NOTE: For reference, live value is flat 10/25/50 damage]
Trundle
- Chomp (Q) no longer works on towers.
- Pillar of Ice (E) mana cost changed to 75 at all ranks from 70/75/80/85/90
- [NOTE: Still a nerf vs the live value which is 60 at all ranks]

Enchantment: Runic Echoes
- Total cost increased to 2625 from 2450
Eye of the Oasis
- Mana regen lowered to 100% from 150%
- Now gives 10% Cooldown reduction
- Mana regen lowered to 100% from 150%
- Now gives 10% Cooldown reduction
- Total cost reduced to 1000 from 1050

- Unique passive now Unique Passive - Echo
- [Note: Tooltip update, Luden's Echo's passive has never stacked with the new AP jungle enchantment.]
