6/29 PBE Update: New Summoner Icon & Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! After two enormous updates to start the cycle, today's update includes a new summoner icon, tweaks to the Ryze champion update and upcoming skins, and more!

New Summoner Icon

A new summoner icon has been added in today's update.
KateyKhaos mentioned on twitter this "Soy LoLero" summoner  icon will be for LAS players only on release with other servers being able to obtain it at a later date. src [1][2]

Ryze Champion Update

Following the Ryze champion update debut in yesterday's PBE update, we have a few more changes today.

While we've already seen it in the champion update reveal, Young (formerly Human) Ryze's splash art has been added to the PBE:

Skin Updates

Pool Party Fiora's emote now displays an outline of the  crab she duels during her recall instead of her usual Teemo face.

Pool Party Taric has also received texture tweaks, changing his skin tone and colors slightly.

Balance Changes

Champions
Rek'Sai
  • Tremor Sense (part of W):  "cooldown for updates per target is up to 1.5 from .75 seconds" - src
  • **Void Rush (R) cooldown increased to 180/140/100 from 150/110/70

Sona

  • **Power Chord (Passive) damage increased to 15-235 from 13-192
  • **Aria of Perseverance (W) 
    • Shield AP ratio increased to .3 from .25
