After a short break, The PBE has been updated! Today's PBE update includes the Pool Party Miss Fortune splash art, several Ryze update tweaks, and more tentative balance changes!

New Splash Art - Pool Party Miss Fortune

Splash art for the upcoming Pool Party Miss Fortune skin is now on the PBE!

Ryze Champion Update

Ryze's champion update continues PBE testing to get ready for 6.14 launch, below are a few tweaks added in today's update!

Uncle Ryze now has an eagle screech sound effect on his R!

A new visual effect has been added to Ryze's R - allies screen will now flash blue (similar to the flashes when you take damage) when they are near Ryze as he casts his R.

Miscellaneous

Ezreal's Q visual effects have been changed, now much shorter and a more modern particle.

Leona

Solar Flare (R) bonus magic damage with Incandescence charge lowered to 30/40/50 from 30/50/70

Ryze
[Remember: Ryze has a large set of changes with his Champion Update currently testing on the PBE.]

Spell Flux (E) reduced to Q flux bonus increased damage lowered to 40/55/70/85/100% from 60/70/80/90/100%

Taliyah

Seismic Shove (W) cooldown increased to 16/15/14/13/12 from 16/14/12/10/8
