Skin Tweaks
Today's update includes a tweaks to a few of the nine new skins currently testing on the PBE.
Sejuani Dawnchaser has texture tweaks, darkening her colors a bit.

The tuft of puffy shirt has been changed on Bard Bard. 
Miscellaneous
- Courage of Colossus (new resolve keystone) shield vfx now green instead of red.
- With pre-season testing on the PBE, a new pop up has been added to explain the 2017 pre-season ranked changes, redoing promotional matches, and more.
- Flex queue is also up for testing - screenshot.
Balance Changes

- Mark of the Assassin (Q) no longer applies Grievous Wounds when target is below 40% health.
- Twilight Shroud (W) cover of smoke now lasts 8 seconds at all ranks from 4/5/6/7/8

- Damage increased to 85/125/165/205/245 from 70/100/130/160/190
- AP ratio increased to 60% from 40%
10/27 PBE LCU Alpha
Custom games are now enabled on the PBE LCU Alpha.
