The PBE has been updated! Today's patch kicks off the 7.3 PBE cycle and includes four new 1350 RP tier Blood Moon skins for Diana, Jhin, Talon, and Twisted Fate, a new Blood Demon Ward skin, strings and assets for "Assassin mode", several tentative balance changes, and more!

New Champion Skins
As teased, four new Blood Moon skins debuted in today's patch - Diana, Jhin, Talon, and Twisted Fate.
Blood Moon Diana

"Assassin Mode" Strings & Assets
Joining the new Blood Moon skins comes assets for a new "Assassin Mode" game mode! Based on numerous strings and files added in today's update, this new mode will include a point system, spirit and demons to kill, big damage buffs, and more! It seems this new mode also include map changes seen in the Blood Moon teaser.As we do not yet have any details on this mode, you'll find a handful of assets and strings relating to this new "Assassin Mode" below. Hopefully these help piece together how this new mode will work:

- Precision Protocol (Q) bonus damage on second hit lowered to 70% from 100%
- Tactical Sweep (W)
- Mana cost increased to 60/65/70/75/80 from 50/55/60/65/70
- Slow lowered to 60/65/70/75/80% from 90%
- Hookshot (E) :
- Mana cost increased to 70 from 50
- Stun duration lowered to 0.5 from 1 second.

Continued Testing
The new PRACTICE TOOL remains on the PBE for testing in the 7.3 cycle!This new tool allows players to hop into a practice oriented singleplayer game and mess around with various modifiers and options, such as instantly granting gold/xp, respawning jungle, spawning test dummies, teleporting around the map, and more.

Notes
- wav3break on Camille PBE changes - "Current nerf list is tentative and very potent. Our goal isn't to gut her, but a fairly decent nerf is incoming. The final nerf lines will most likely look like a well trimmed version of the current stuff on PBE."
- The new Sewn Chaos Blitzcrank and Amumu skins that debuted in the 7.2 cycle were removed from the game in today's PBE. I am Carlos has posted on the PBE boards noting these skins will not be released and discusses why they made the call to remove them.

Carlos “I am Carlos” here, I’m a producer on the skins team, and I want to share an update about Sewn Chaos Blitzcrank and Amumu. After receiving some feedback about the skins, we’ve decided to not release them going forward.
Sometimes we work on things that just don’t end up hitting our quality bar. And usually, we try to cut those things well before they actually hit PBE, but in this case we were a little too late. The truth is neither Sewn Chaos Blitzcrank nor Sewn Chaos Amumu hit the quality expected of our recent skins, so we’re making the call to remove them.
So what does this mean for Blitz and Amumu skins in the immediate future? Well, we’re going to head back to the lab and figure out how to give both champs the skins they deserve. And we’d like to hear your ideas for skins that would best represent these champs.
We don’t have an exact timeline for when these two will have new skins come out, but we can promise that we will not forget about them. As always, thanks for having patience with us as we figure out how to approach these problems.
