Updated Maokai Icons
New ability icons for Maokai to go along with his class update including a touched up passive icon and new E/R icons. These vary slightly from those seen on the 2017 midseason page.
Miscellaneous
- Meowkai's Chroma's R cats root visuals now match the skins corresponding cat and R cat colors.

- Sapling Toss (E) damage increased from 35/60/85/110/135 to 45/70/95/120/145
[Reminder: Sejuani has a larger update currently testing on PBE. Changes are relative to PBE, not live.]
- Winter's Wrath (W) damage lowered from 40/80/120/160/200 to 40/75/110/135/180
- Glacial Prison (R) [seems the 2nd /travel enhanced AP ratio was increased from 40% to 80%]
