The Return of Graves' Cigar
Following Tryndamere's mysterious tweet, new portrait and loading screen assets depicting Graves with his cigar have been added.
For a quick history lesson, back in 2014 Graves got an updated splash art. That updated splash art originally included a cigar in Graves' mouth but was later removed. The new assets in today's update are in addition to the "cigar less" default versions. Each of these files is labeled "Graves_Square_Tobacco".

Sejuani Passive Ready Icon Added
Sejuani's new Fury of the North passive now has a shield icon that pops up when it comes off cooldown and is available, in addition to Bristle's glowing armor and fur. Both teams can see this icon.

- Several champion recommended items were updated today, likely to go along with the midseason itemization changes.

and that's the bottom context because stone wip said so1) Riot Lovestrut posted in the Dark Star Kha'Zix PBE feedback thread regarding a few common questions and concerns on the the upcoming skin.
2) The previously seen Dark Star Thresh Summoner's Rift announcer pack has been enabled for testing in SR games on the PBE. See the server status page for more information, they will likely update the status when it is removed.
3) Reav3 noted Haunted Maokai's splash will also have some changes but is not finished yet and should be out next patch :
