6/5 PBE Update: Dawnbringer Riven and Nightbringer Yasuo splash art & special loading screens

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 7.12 PBE cycle, tonight's update includes splash art and special loading screens for Dawnbringer Riven and Nightbringer Yasuo, balance changes, & more!

New Splash Art

Splash art for the legendary Dawnbringer Riven and Nightbringer Yasuo skins are now on the PBE!

As mentioned above, these two special loading screens borders are available by crafting the appropriate border/icon option using 280 Chaos or Order tokens in the upcoming event. You do not need to equip the icon to display the special loading screen border.

Miscellaneous 

  • TCL esports icon for 1907 Fenerbahçe Esports updated:

  • New Rift Rivals summoner's rift banners added. These will display on the base walls during the upcoming international esports event. Rift Rivals starts July 3rd.
    

Balance Changes

    • Base damage lowered from 50/75/100/125/150 to 45/70/95/120/145
    • AD ratio increased from 30/35/40/45/50% to 40/45/50/55/60%
  • Curtain Call (R) damage increased from 40/100/160 to 50/115/180

Kindred
  • Base armor increased from 20 to 22.
  • Base attack increased from 54 to 57.5

 Rek'Sai
  • Un-burrow (W) bonus AD ratio increased from 40% to 80%.

 Rumble

  • Scrap Shield (W) shield value increased from 50/80/110/140/170 to 80/110/140/170/200
  • Electro Harpoon (E) damage increased from 45/70/95/120/145 to 60/85/110/135/160

  • Tooltip reworded from [Bind to target ally. This will remove all other Conduits on your target.] to [Bind to an ally without an existing Conduit.]
  • Passive ignite magic damage decreased from 50 to 40
