12/7 PBE Update: More Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.1 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

* NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Champions
Olaf
[Note: Olaf already has changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • AD growth lowered from 5 to 4
    • Vs Live: from 3.5 to 4
    • Vs. PBE: from 5 to 4
  • Vicious Strikes (W) attack speed increased from 40/50/60/70/80% to 50/60/70/80/90%

 Teemo
  • Base AD lowered from 58 to 54
  • Toxic Shot (E) damage per second reverted from 5/10/15/20/25 to 6/12/18/24/30

 Xerath
  • Arcanopulse (Q) 
    • AP lowered from 75% to 65%
    • Damage lowered from 80/120/160/200/240 to 70/110/150/190/230

Yasuo
  • MR growth increased from 0.5 to 1.25
  • Steel Tempest (Q) damage increased from 20/40/60/80/100 to 20/45/70/95/120

Items
Lord Dominik's Regards

  • Unique Passive - Giant Slayer
    • damage reverted from 25% to 20%
    • damage % per health difference lowered from 2.5% to 2%

Runes
Grasp of the Undying (R1)
  • No longer deals bonus magic damage
  • Heal increased from 2% to 3%
  • Adaptive stats changed from [grants you bonus AD/AP until you exit combat] to [grants you bonus AD/AP for 10s, stacking]

1) Riot Maple noted a micropatch nerf for Morgana coming soon:
"We're going to be looking at a balance micropatch nerf for Morgana today. We're really happy that we hit one of our primary goals of making her viable in the jungle without losing viability mid/support, but she's doing a bit too well atm"
