The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.5 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more tentative balance changes!

Context & Notes

1) Riot Xenogenic noted Quinn's Harrier passive would be receiving extra SFX, look for this when her changes return in the 8.6 PBE cycle!
"We're working on giving the impact on the Harrier mark its own sound so that proccing them in this fashion is more satisfying. :)"
