5/8 PBE Update: New Emotes & More Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.10 PBE cycle, today's patch includes three new emotes, as well as more tentative balance changes!

New Emotes

Three buzzworthy new emotes are now on the PBE - "Bee Grumpy", "Bee Sad", and "Bee Happy":
  

Balance Changes

Champions
Bard
  • Caretaker's Shrine (W) cost lowered from 90 at all ranks to 70 at all ranks

Poppy
  • Base movespeed increased from 340 to 345

Items
Infinity Edge
[Extensive changes in testing with Marksman/AD Item changes]
  • Tooltip updated to note: "20% of critical strike damage dealt to champions is converted to True Damage."
  • Icon updated:


Runes

 Nimbus Cloak (S2)
[New rune testing this cycle, taking place of Ultimate Hat]
  • Cooldown changed from [25s] to [60s, reduced by Cooldown Reduction]

[New] Ultimate Hunter (D4)
  • Effect:
"Your ultimate gains 5% reduced cooldown, plus an additional 2% per Bounty Hunter stack. 
Earn a Bounty Hunter stack the first time you get a takedown on each enemy champion."
