6/19 PBE Update: Aatrox Login Theme & Base/Skin Tweaks

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.13 PBE cycle, today's patch includes a new login theme featuring Aatrox's champion update, tweaks to his base and Justicar Aatrox, and more tentative balance changes!

As the Aatrox champion update continues testing on the PBE, today's update brings us base model changes as noted by Reav3 [look for a slight color difference on body, wings and sword]:

  • Masochism (E) 
    • max bonus AD lowered from 60/100/140/180/220 to 60/90/120/150/180
    • minimum bonus AD lowered from 30/50/70/90/110 to 30/45/60/75/90

Gragas
  • Drunken Rage (W) cooldown lowered from 8/7/6/5/4 to 5 at all ranks.

Irelia
  • Base AD reverted from 62 to 60
  • Defiant Dance (W)
    • minimum damage changed from [14/30/46/62/78 (+40% AD) (+30% AP)] to [10/25/40/55/70 (+50% AD)(+40% AP)]
      • Vs. Live: from [10/30/50/70/90 (+60% AD) (+40% AP)] to [10/25/40/55/70 (+50% AD)(+40% AP)]
    • maximum damage changed from [35/75/115/155/195 (+100% AD) (+75% AP)] to [20/50/80/110/140 (+100 AD)(80% AP)]

    • Damage amp (full charge) reverted from 150% to 100%
  • Flawless Duet (E) mark duration lowered from 6 seconds to 5 seconds

  • Demacian Standard (E) 
    • cooldown lowered from 13/12.5/12/11.5/11 to 11 at all ranks
    • damage increased from 60/105/150/195/240 to 80/120/160/200/240

Jinx
  • Zap! (W) AD ratio reverted from 160% to 140%

Kassadin
  • Nether Blade (W) 
    • active AP increased from 70% to 80%
    • [This ability now has a "invisible" mana cost and can now stack Tear, etc]
  • Riftwalk (R) AP increased from 30% to 40%

 Nunu
  • Blood Boil (W) 
    • [New] now adds [5% per 100 AP] to Ability Power 
    • [New] now adds [5% per 100 AP] to Attack Speed
    • Attack speed lowered from 25/30/35/40/45% to 20/24/28/32/36%

Riven
  • Blade of the Exile (R) extra AD increased from 20% at all ranks to 20/25/30%

Singed
  • Insanity Potion (R) stats changed from 35/60/85 to 30/60/90

 Tristana
  • Explosive Charge (E) 
    • AD ratio lowered from [50/70/90/110/130% Bonus AD] to [50/65/80/95/110% Bonus AD]

  • HP per level lowered from 96 to 93
  • Base HP lowered from 537 to 477

Zoe
  • Spell Thief (W)
    • movement speed lowered from 30/40/50/60/70% to 20/25/30/35/40%
    • movement speed duration lowered from 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 to 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3
