7/19 PBE Update: Chroma Collection Tab & Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.15 PBE cycle, today's patch includes a Chroma collection tab added, as well as more tentative balance changes.

Miscellaneous 

  • A new Chroma collection has been added on the PBE. Just like the skin, ward, or icon collections, the chroma collection totals the number of chroma you own and of what tier - sortable in a variety of ways. *


Balance Changes

Champions
Irelia
  • Base AD increased from 64 to 66
    • Vs. Live: from 60 to 66

Items
Ancient Coin
  • Cost increased from 350 to 400

 Essence Reaver
  • AD increased from 70 to 75

 Frostfang
  • Combine cost lowered from 375 to 325

 Nomad's Medallion
  • Combine cost lowered from 350 to 300

Relic Shield
  • Cost increased from 350 to 400

 Spellthief's Edge
  • Cost increased from 350 to 400

 Stormrazor
  • New Recipe: [B. F. Sword + Long Sword + Long Sword + Dagger + 300g]
  • Total cost lowered from 3200 to 2600
  • AD lowered from 75 to 60
  • Attack speed lowered from 30% to 25%
  • Now gains 1% damage per .625% critical strike chance
    • Lowered from [1% damage per .75% critical strike chance]

Targon's Brace
  • Combine cost lowered from 350 to 300
