9/18 PBE Update: Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.19 PBE cycle, today's patch includes tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

* NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Champions
Kog'Maw
  • Caustic Spittle (Q) Armor/MR shred increased from 20/22/24/26/28% to 20/25/30/35/40%

 Nunu
[Nunu has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Consume (Q) 
    • AP ratio on champion damage lowered from 70% to 50%
    • AP ratio on heal lowered from 70% to 35%

Pyke
  • Death from Below (R) execute damage changed from [200-605] to [250-605]
    • New values: 250/290/330/370/410/450/475/500/525/550/575/590/605

Thresh
  • Death Sentence (Q) 
    • cost lowered from 80 to 60
    • cooldown lowered from 20/18/16/14/12 to 16/15/14/13/12

Items
Liandry's Torment
  • AP lowered from 80 to 75
  • Unique Passive: Torment
    • max health as bonus damage increased from 1% to 1.5%
    • burn damage changed from [doubled] to [2.5%]
