Context & Notes
WIP!1) Here's Reinboom with a changelist and context on Ezreal changes in today's update:
"They won't be 0.4 for long / increased to 0.7, with a decrease of Q by 0.1, numbers tentative and able to change, already for the PBE patch tomorrow.
On where I think AP Ezreal should land: AP Ezreal, in pattern, is getting a pretty large power shift. This W is higher range than prior Ws and also causes the E to lock in. W --> E becomes a notable (but positionally risky) threat and harassment tool.
For later game, AP Ez has lost some multi-hit capability, but has gained getting an extra AP ratio through W against towers during sieging.
Ideally, AP Ez should have about the same amount of viability. The ratios that went out today though are low for that purpose and don't admit to his play style, so they will change."2) Here's Riot Orphyre with a bugs & feedback thread for the new chroma this cycle, and notes that we should see Dragon Trainer Tristana chroma this cycle as well:
