10/16 PBE Update: Tales from the Rift Splash Art

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.21 PBE cycle, today's patch includes splash arts for this year's Tales from the Rift skins for Ekko, Janna, & Kled, tentative balance changes, and more!

New Splash Art

Splash arts for the upcoming Trick or Treat Ekko, Bewitching Janna, and Count Kledula skins are now on the PBE! We also have a set of spooky special loading screens.

  • K/DA Evelynn's textures have been corrected on the PBE today!

Balance Changes

Champions
Alistar 
  • Base HP lowered from 613.36 to 573.36

Ivern
  • Base move speed increased from 325 to 330
  • Brushmaker (W) damage increased from 20/30/40/50/60 to 30/37.5/45/52.5/60
  • Triggerseed (E) shield value increased from 75/110/145/180/215 to 85/120/155/190/225

Kai'Sa

  • Second Skin (Passive)
    • Passive Proc Damage changed from [15% + (3.75% per 100AP) Missing HP] to [15% + (2.5% per 100AP) Missing HP]
Tooltip bugged!
  • Killer Instinct (R) shield duration lowered from 3 seconds to 2 seconds

Karma
  • Focused Resolve (W) root duration changed from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 to 1.4/1.55/1.7/1.85/2

1) Here's Captain Gameplay (formerly Beluga Whale) on reddit with a new changelist for Kai'Sa in today's update:
"Changes are VS Live 
Passive Proc Damage :: 15% + (3.75% per 100AP) Missing HP >>> 15% + (2.5% per 100AP) Missing HP 
R Shield Duration :: 3s >>> 2s"
2) K/DA Evelynn tweaks from SirHaian:
"Heyo! We updated K/DA Evelynn's hair following some player feedback. Made it more interesting overall! Also fixed her bugged texture.  Here's a before/after for comparison purposes."
