10/2 PBE Update: Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.20 PBE cycle, today's patch includes Ezreal's new choose and ban VO, as well as tentative balance changes for Ahri, Nami and more!

Continued Ezreal Champion Update Testing

As the Ezreal champion update testing continues, today's update brings us his new Choose and Ban VO:

Choose VO: "Quest accepted! Wait, where are we going?"

Ban VO: "Hey, your loss! But... I get it."

Balance Changes

Champions
Ahri
  • Spirit Rush (R) cooldown increased from 110/95/80 to 130/105/80

Nami
  • Ebb And Flow (W) heal lowered from 65/95/125/155/185 to 60/85/110/135/160

Sion
  • Base HP regen lowered from 1.8 to 1.5

Runes
Dark Harvest (Domination Keystone)

  • Bonus damage lowered from [40 - 80] to [20 - 60]

Context & Notes

1) Here's Riot Maple Nectar with context on the Dark Harvest change in today's PBE update:
"Yikers. Heads up that we're nerfing Dark Harvest on 8.20 (only taking 20 dmg off the base for now), but we're looking to do a pretty hefty pass on the design of that rune in the next few patches (might slip to preseason)."
