The Lunar Revel 2019 Pass enables extra First Win of the Day missions and tokens per match with an unlimited earn rate. The last day to earn tokens with the pass is March 4, 2019 at 11:59 PM PT. 
Per-match token payouts:
  • Win on PvP SR = 6 Lunar Revel Tokens
  • Loss on PvP SR = 3 Lunar Revel Tokens
  • Win on PvP ARAM/ARURF = 4 Lunar Revel Tokens
  • Loss on PvP ARAM/ARURF = 2 Lunar Revel Tokens 
If you don’t own the pass, these per-match tokens will be banked and can be retroactively awarded if you get the pass. This is not true of the extra First Win of The Day pass missions, which can award up to 10 Lunar Revel Tokens each day.

Returning Legacy Content

Returning with the Lunar Revel are several legacy Lunar Revel skins from previous years - including Lunar Guardian Warwick and Nasus, Lunar Empress Lux, Warring Kingdoms Azir, Garen, and Vi,  Lunar Wraith Caitlyn and Morgana as well as Dragonblade Riven and  Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere.

While not legacy, here are previews for some of the other Lunar Revel skins that are always available in the shop but are included in bundles!
