10/15 PBE Update: Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.21 PBE cycle, today's patch includes tentative balance changes!

Champions
Garen
[Changelist]
  • Judgment (E) base damage per spin lowered from 8/12/16/20/24 to 4/8/12/16/20

Kayn
  • Reaping Slash (Q) 
    • damage increased from 60/80/100/120/140 to 75/95/15/135/155 
    • bonus damage to monsters lowered from 55 to 40

Kog'Maw
[Changelist- Kog'Maw has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Void Ooze (E) damage increased from 70/115/160/205/250 to 75/120/165/210/255

Lulu
  • Help, Pix! (E) 
    • Shield increased from 80/110/140/170/200 to 80/120/160/200/240
    • Damage increased from 80/115/150/185/220 to 80/120/160/200/240

Maokai
[Changelist]
  • Twisted Advance (W) 
    • mana cost changed from 60/65/70/75/80 to 60 at all ranks
    • damage increased from 50/75/100/125/150 to 70/95/120/145/170
  • Nature's Grasp (R) root duration increased from [0.6 to 2.4 by distance] to [0.8 to 2.6 by distance]

Shaco
[Changelist]
  • Jack in the Box (W) box duration lowered from 60 to 40

Warwick
[Changelist]
  • Jaws of the Beast (Q) Max HP damage increased from 6/6.5/7/7.5/8% to 6/7/8/9/10%
  • Blood Hunt (W) attack speed changed from 50/65/80/95/110 to 70/80/90/100/110

TFT Changes

Cho'Gath
  • Ability damage increased from 175/350/525 to 200/400/600

Guardian
  • Armor lowered from 45 to 40
