10/25 PBE Update: New TFT Arenas & More Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.22 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new TFT arenas & more tentative balance changes!

TFT Arenas

Three new arenas for TFT were added to the PBE! As noted by this post, they will be 1380 RP each, or bundled for 2900 RP:

Freljord Frostguard Arena

Freljord Winter's Claw

Freljord Avarosa Arena

Space and names for four other arenas were added, no images yet:
  • Cloud Arena
  • Mountain Arena
  • Infernal Arena
  • Ocean Arena

Balance Changes

* NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Runes
Nimbus Cloak (S2) 
[This is part of preseason changes - Context!]
  • Movement speed lowered from [15% to 45%] to [15% to 35%]

Kaleidostone (Inspiration Keystone)
[This is part of preseason changes - Context!]
  • Non use reroll time increased from 30 seconds to 40 seconds

TFT Changes
These changes are tentative and may not be complete! Always refer to official notes for the full picture!

[Changelist and Bugfixes!]

Ocean Trait
  • 4 champ mana increased from 20 to 25

Berserker
  • 3 champ cone chance increased from 40% to 45%
  • 6 champ cone chance increased from 80% to 100%

Light
  • 6 champ attack speed lowered from 25% to 20%
  • 9 champ attack speed lowered from 50% to 35%

Guinsoo's Rageblade
  • Attack Speed per stack lowered from 5% to 4%

Red Buff
  • Removed on hit damage

Base Player Damage
  • Changed from 3/3/3/4/5/6 to 2/3/4/5/6/7

Kha'Zix
  • Now waits until he attacks a target with Arid Assault before he will use the ability again

Kog'Maw
  • Mana cost lowered from 45 to 40
  • Attack speed increased from .65 to .7

 Malzahar
  • Voidling damage lowered from 60/100/140 to 50/75/100

Olaf
  • mana cost lowered from 100 to 75

 Sion
  • Mana cost lowered from 150 to 125

 Skarner
  • Mana cost lowered from 100 to 75

 Zyra
  • Plant damage lowered from 80/100/120 to 70/80/90

Zed
  • [New] Clone mana costs are now 50/25/0 higher
  • Mana changed from 100/150 to 50/150
  • Attack Speed increased from 0.9 to 1.0
