10/8 PBE Update: Tales from the Rift 2019, Icons, Emotes & More

The PBE has been updated! As we start the 9.21 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new Tales from the Rift skins, summoner icons, emotes and more!

Four new skins are now on the PBE!

Witch's Brew Blitzcrank

  • 6 assassin crit chance increased from 15% to 20%

Gunslinger
