Brand Champion Spotlight

The spotlight for Brand, the next champion to enter the league of legends, is up! He is a ability power based nuker with the capability to inflict serious damage with his spell combo. Log online tomorrow after the servers come back up to add him to your roster. I anticipate his cost to be 6300 IP / 975 RP, but only time will tell.
