New Forum : Champion Concepts

Riot has released a new forums for summoners to create and share their ideas for champions. They are generally pretty fun to read and fans come up with some very unique ideas / concepts. Some designers even take it far enough to push out professional quailty art for their submissions to the League. Head on over to the new forum and check it out.
