The Tribunal is imminent.

It would seem that the Tribunal, a new system that allows summoners to judge the reportable actions of others, is just about ready for a NA launch. If you are a big nerd like me and poke around on the website, you'd know you can actually log into the Tribunal webpage now. You can't actually do anything as when you start to answer cases as you are met with an error page, but this is a rather new development.
