Well, it looks like the S1 Games are just about over for today, but don't forget to check out more of the Season One streams tomorrow over at
You can also find anything from upcoming schedules to scoreboards for completed games over there.
Lots of crazy games so far today! It looks like 180,000 ( wow! what a turn out ) of you are also watching, what a great turn out to this rather flawless streaming experience. I'm very impressed at how well the "in-progress" version of Spectator Mode is functioning on the streams; it certainly improves the viewing quality.
Be sure to also follow the coverage on Twitter and Facebook! Aside from great coverage and being able to submit your questions for teams in post-match interviews, @RiotTamat and @RiotPendragon have been giving away Viking Tryndamere skins all day. Guess who snagged one?
didnt know so many ppl tuned in, thats great
ReplyDeletethis game does look super fun, ill give it that.
ReplyDelete80,000 viewers on this live stream! That's awesome :D
ReplyDeleteAre LoL championships as exciting as fighting games tourneys?

ReplyDeletei love steam, too bad the $1 games are old and i have played most of them
ReplyDeleteIs Vaegir popular in the really good circles? I really like the character, but I don't see a whole lot of him in the games I play.
ReplyDeletei really wish i had a better computer so i could play LoL.

ReplyDeleteDude you were so lucky, what a cool skin you got. I can't resist this power no longer. I'm going to waste my money on skins!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome man! I wish I would have been able to see the live stream!
ReplyDeleteAh, the tempt that skina are. some are just a little too much, like gentlemen chogal. still a great skin to pick up man.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link, bro.
ReplyDeleteI'm actually going to be watching it for a while..
I always love watching competitive gameplay.
They broke 200k. Everything looks great, but I honestly have to say that I'm extremely disappointed in Riot games - there are DC's in the $100,000 finals where everyone is basically directly connected to each other? Who coded this mess? This is disturbing as far as I'm concerned.
ReplyDeleteSick game I saw at the end with Epik vs Fanatic - amazing play, and expect to see a lot of "NERF ALISTAR NAOW" coming soon from the community.
@Miqe
ReplyDeleteHis PC overheated. Wasn't a coding concern. He had to go to a remote part of the place for a back up PC. Since it was greater than, I think, 5 minutes they opted to not restart
@ Moobeat
ReplyDeleteAll right, that is a much better explanation. Still, it's a little concerning that it's happening at this level, but the games have been ok so far. Glad the issues this morning didn't screw up the Epik vs TSM games.
