Innervating Locket? Nope, Chuck Testa

EDIT: Turns out this is old information from the patch the removed it. It has been pointed out in this thread that the item had its stats changed a while back. Sorry for the confusion.

Snagged a screen shot of someone running around with an Innervating Locket in a game today as a result of a DC. As the latest JoJ mentions its possible return, are these the sort of numbers and stats we might be looking forward to?

New Stats:
+375 Health
+500 Mana

UNIQUE AURA: Restores 9 mana to nearby allies every 5 seconds.
UNIQUE PASSIVE: Reduces Ability Cooldowns by 10%
UNIQUE PASSIVE: Using an ability grants 20 mana to you over 2 seconds. This effect has a 3 second cooldown.

Old Stats:


+430 Health
+450 Mana

UNIQUE: Nearby allies gain 20Health Regen per 5 and 9 Mana Regen per 5.

UNIQUE: Reduces ability cooldowns by 10%.
UNIQUE: When you use an ability, you regenerate 50 Health and 20 Mana over 2 seconds. This effect has a 3 second cooldown.
