So whats the point on the Destruction runes? same stats compared to the armorPen and MagicPen runes...
ReplyDeleteit is runes for hybrid characters like akali, kayle, and so one. Plus I think it can be a cheap replacement instead of buying both sets and your low on IP (If you really can't decide for what kind of role you like to play)
