The PBE Shen nerf is NOT being implemented.

As some of you may have noticed from the tentative PBE notes, Shen received a heavy nerf to the range of his ult. The nerf reduced his global range  to something similar to Twisted Fate's ultimate. Don't fret though, Morlleo has confirmed that this is not slated to hit live when patch day comes.

Some of you got some unofficial notes (some true, some not) and are talking about confusion with the Shen global nerf. That's understandable, since we're not doing it.

To be clear, this change is not going in and wasn't intended to anyway.
