    1. I'm not exactly sure to be honest. There is a PBE patch tonight, maybe it will come out with that? Keep an eye here tonight in case Moobeat finds it!

    2. Hey, Seranaya, I'm guessing we have to suppose that M5 is Bye A, Taipei Assassins is Bye B, World Elite is Bye C, and TSM is Bye D, would that be your take? I just have to make sure I work my work schedule around when M5's games are ;)

    3. @Seranaya , How are you so sure there's a PBE patch Tonight?

    4. I wasn't positive there was going to be, but signs pointed that there would be. Moobeat always knows when one's coming. He's psychic.

    5. Skye, I was assuming that's how it would work but I'm not quite sure tbh.

  4. Ahhh the chance to get a laugh at Dignitas' depressed faces.

One does not simply claim to 2-0 TSM and succeed.

  5. Moscow 5 is my favorite team. SK is my number two. They're very down-to-earth and really genuine, and AlexIch is that hilarious blend of socially awkward and honestly in-control that I just can't help but love it. Besides, the Russians are a powerhouse.

  6. Were the groupings randomly selected, or were they chosen in some sort of systematic way?

    1. "For the World Championship, we’ve chosen a format that both rewards the Regional victors while also providing fair opportunity for any of the twelve teams to be immortalized in League of Legends history as the Season Two World Champion.

Two distinct stages initially divide the competition: four of the five seeded teams which won in their regions automatically advance to the quarterfinal stage*, while the other eight unseeded teams will compete in the group stage to determine which four will advance to the quarterfinals.

The eight unseeded teams, divided into Group A and Group B, go head-to-head in a best-of-one Round Robin format in the group stage. Each group was randomly selected, and will not compete against teams within their own region during the group stage.

After twelve games have been played in the first stage, the top two teams in each group will advance to play the Regional winners in a best-of-three Single-Elimination quarterfinals. These do-or-die matches will lead to explosive semi-finals games, after which only the two best teams will remain standing for the ultimate face-off on October 13 in the best-of-five World Finals."

Here's the tournament website. I assume it will be streamed there. They'll most likely have a mirror stream on Twitch.tv too.
