11-6 PBE Update: New Splashes, Shockblade Zed, and more Zed tweaks.

A patch has been deployed to the PBE, carrying with it several tweaks to ( HOPEFULLY ) push the End of S2 patch closer to completion.
Continue reading to catch a peek at the awesome Dragon Trainer Lulu and Bioforge Darius splashes, a name change to Shockblade Zed from Bladestorm Zed, and some more balance changes for our favorite, upcoming shadow ninja.

New Splashes
The two missing splashes for this patches new skins, Bioforge Darius and Dragon Trainer Lulu, have been added!
Bioforge Darius

Shockblade Zed
Bladestorm Zed has been renamed to Shockblade Zed and is now available for testing!


Balance Changes
This patch saw even more tweaks for Zed, including an nifty new passive effect on his W.
Zed
  • Razor Shuriken now deals 75/110/145/180/215 damaged changed from 70/110/150/190/230
  • Razor Shuriken's additional enemy damage increased to 60/88/116/144/172 +(.8 bonus AD) from 49/77/105/133/161) (+.7 bonus AD.).
  • Living Shadow now grants 5/10/15/20/25% additional bonus AD.
    Shadow Slash slow reduced to 20/25/30/35/40% from 30/35/40/45/50%.
    Shadow Slash's shadow slow reduced to 30/37.5/45/52.5/60 % from 45/52.5/60/75 %
  • Death Mark's intial damage has been removed and reallocated to after this mark detonates.
  • Death Mark's  % of damage dealt on mark decreased to 20/35/50% from 40/45/50%
Items
Hextech Sweeper
  • Now has "Unique Active: A stealth-detecting mist grants vision in the target area for 10 seconds ( 1 min cd )" again. '

      Sorry Noah, but I have to disagree. In game, Lulu's face is totally bland, she looks like a porcelain doll, her little dragon doesn't look ferocious at all, and the polymorphed enemy looks like a diseased newborn dragon, not afraid at all, just diseased and hurting.

      Also, the effects with this skin are kind of a letdown. I was hoping for small flames from her dragon. The effect is the same as her default skin, the only modified effect is her shield, which is now... purple? And harder to see?

      Sorry but I will remain with my kittens and cupcakes.

      Her 3 original skins are all better then this. It had potential but eugh :S The thing that bugs me is her Dragon Companion (Pix) Hate the fact it looks like a hppo or a pig, but I really like the polymorph lol

      To answer Noah- I don't really know. I just don't like how it looks in game. Don't get me wrong, the derpy dragon things it turns enemies into is adorable, but I'm not entirely wowed by this. As other people have said, I'm sticking to distraught cupcakes.

    Terrible skin idea on Darius, it has nothing to do with the king of noxus, he deserved a serious skin not a cartoony like that one

      To be completely accurate Swain is the Grand General of Noxus (long story short, King) and Darius is his right hand man. Not exactly a nobody.

      And while I agree this Darius skin isn't thematically accurate... Hello ? It's a skin, they don't have to be ^^

    I dont like the new Darius skin, he lost like his deadly-warrior-fighter look, no he looks more like a posapocalyptic-mutation-experiment. It's a shmae Norse King Darius didn't come out :/

      They gave Zed a passive bonus to his AD on W, changed some of the numbers on his Q, lowered the slow on E, and it looks like they shifted Zed's ultimate to do it's initial damage after the mark explodes.

    That Darius' skin sucks, doesn't look any good. Norse King was quite better. Lulu's skin looks better in the splash than in game, but still cool, love the dragons.

      I thought he was supposed to be an assassin relying on positioning and deception to not die. Now he'll be able to build some tanky items and still hurt like a truck... 25%, the number scares me a little.

    I think the biggest concern I have 'bout Dragon Trainer Lulu is that her splash looks much more colorful than the in-game model we've seen to date.
    The model is just a whack of brown, where-as the splash art gives you pink/purple/green - much like the colors one would 'expect' from Lulu.
    So my hope remains that they'll adjust the model colors to match the splash art colors - if they do, I'll throw money at em =3

      I didn't think they added new particles, only fixed the issue of it hitting.

    On topic : Both skins are not what those champs needed. I mean... they don t suit them and their style very well in my opinion. They are well done, but not what i expected (some evil fire, ice with for lulu with nice effects, or voodoo lulu, and a barbarian, viking darius)
