A new champion and skin sale starts tomorrow! This sale, which lasts between November 9th and November 12th, features Rammus for 345 RP, Lee Sin for 487 RP, Zyra for 487 RP, Mafia Graves for 487 RP, Overlord Malzahar for 487 RP, and Commando Xin Zhao for 260 RP.

      You can self-refund through the in-game store for the full amount (being RP or IP!). You can only do that 3 times though.

      If it's within the last 2 weeks you can contact support and they'll refund the difference, (assuming you mean you spent RP).
