New TTL Items Not Just for TTL?
Responding to someone talking about the new TTL items being forever exclusive to TTL, RiotNome confirmed Wooglet's Witchcap, a move speed alternative to Rabadon's Death Cap, will be coming to Dominion next patch.
"Whoa, who confirmed that? Wooglet's is coming to Dom next patch, actually. More may follow suit, depending on how they test out."He continued on to reveal it will be a bit different than the Wooglet's we are used to, saying:
"It's actually a slightly different Wooglet's. A much stronger one.Thanks to the PBE update last night, we now know that Wooglet's has been significantly changed to something resembling the old Zhonya's Ring.
Also, Morello and I are on the same page regarding TT items on Dominion. I think he was focused specifically on SR. The TT items won't be going there."
"Also regarding AP+MS... probably yes, just not for the next patch."Blitzcrank and Syndra temporarily Disabled.

"Without going into a ton of detail about the bug, I can say that aspects of Blitzcrank and Syndra's abilities weren't working properly with environment objects in some maps. This was causing problems for a small percentage of players playing these Champions, and after some evaluation, we determined that it was possible to use this bug to intentionally grief other players. Suffice to say, we felt it was important to disable those Champions while the development team works on a proper fix.According to Riot NOC, a fix should be applied to servers later in the day.
TL : DR -- Silly bug is silly. Blitzcrank and Syndra are sleeping. It'll be K."

Loading Screen Borders not just for ranked

While it isn't insanely revealing, Morello posted that our upcoming ( hopefully before the end of 2012 as per the previous posts ) support champion cannot wear shoes.

Thornmail being removed from 3v3
"After looking at data from live, our own experience on TT, and watching player feedback we have decided to remove Thornmail from TT. We believe that it has too large of an impact on AD carries late game in a 3v3 match-up. Tanks will still have the option of picking up Randuin's Omen and Frozen Heart as anti AD items."Regarding a similar choice for Dominion, he said
"I can bring it up with Nome to see what his thoughts are. I don't play enough Dominion to have an opinion."

ReplyDeleteMy guess; Syndra throws Vilemaw toward lane, Blitz grabs and uppercuts, and runs away, leaving Vilemaw in the middle of the opponents' side of the lane. ^_^
Nevermind, found. There's an invisible wall IN the fountain turret on TT. Blitz, Darius, & Syndra can grab it. Maokai & others can push it. Amu can Q and is pulled to it. I'd bet Trundle and Anivia's wall's move it as well, but have yet to see it.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm not at all surprised that the new support will be female. I don't expect to ever see another male support champ unless he's a CC/tank type support, like Blitzcrank. Always wanted a Priest type champ, even if he was like some sort of dark Priest.

ReplyDeleteObviously means this support wont have any feet to begin with. Morello's hints are usually simple like that. Don't over think things. Could be a ghost/banshee for example. No feet.
Or he could just being cute like in the sense of 'well she doesn't have feet so in realistic terms, no she cannot wear shoes' even though champs like Cass can wear shoes in game.
