Here is the schedule of matches for the next three day and an explanation of how the event will work.
"The North American Qualifier is underway, ready to close the door on Pre-Season 3 and welcome the new League of Legends Championship Series (LCS).
Watch as the top sixteen teams in North America cross paths in Los Angeles and battle head-to-head in nail-biting skirmishes for a chance at a League of Legends career in the LCS.
The sixteen teams will be seeded into four groups, where they’ll compete in a best-of-one round robin stage. The top two teams in each group will advance into a best-of-three single elimination bracket. The winners of the promotion round (round of 8) in the elimination bracket will automatically secure four spots in the LCS, while the remaining four will fight for the final spot on Sunday, 1/13.
The tournament will be brought to you with top-notch commentary and expert analysis by Riot’s own Phreak, Jatt, Deman, and Rivington. They will be joined by Sam “Kobe24” Hartman-Kenzler and Marcus “djWheat” Graham. "

ReplyDeleteOne question, is TSM already on the North American Championship? Since they ain't playing on the Qualifiers.
ReplyDeleteThey have moved on, along with Dignitas and CLG, since they were the top 3 NA teams in Season 2. SK Gaming, M5, and the players who were on CLG EU will be moving on as well for the EU scene.
