Season 3 Championship Series Qualifier - NA/EU

Now that the qualifiers are done and over with, we now have our full line up for the offline qualifier for a spot in the Season 3 championship series.
Continue reading to see which teams will advance in both the North American and European qualifiers and to see the full lineup for the offline event!

These teams came from the 5v5 ladders of their respective regions. The top 32 teams in each region were given a chance to play and secure a spot to go pro in the season 3 championship series. In the North American scene, the top 8 teams to place and advance are:

  • 1 Trick Ponies
  • compLexity Academy
  • Epik Gamer
  • Falafel Gaming
  • Team MRN
  • Pulse Esports
  • The Salad Bar
  • Team TowerdiveTV

In the European scene, the top 8 teams to place and advance are:
  • Mysie Pysie
  • Team ALTERNATE
  • mousesports
  • DragonBorns - (These guys are doing and AMA on Reddit!)
  • Anexis eSports
  • Against All Authority
  • Millenium
  • Heyijustmetyouuu

North American

European


The offline qualifier will be formatted with sixteen teams total from each region. The group play will be best of 3, single elimination. The top 5 teams from each region's offline event qualify for the Season 3 Championship Series! The North American offline event will be held between January 11-13th. The European offline event will be held on January 25th.

    We've seen at least half the European teams already play in big tournaments. Including some of the online qualifier teams. That just goes to show how far behind and how little competition America really has.

    Wow... I remember when against all authority played Fnatic for the S1 championships... wondered where they had been in the last year and here they are having to go through all this qualifying. I hope they return to being a strong team again.

    Hey all, this island near Ionia is awesome! You should come to this island, Darius, that "blonde demacian girl" isnt here, but there are lots of good girls. I can give an VIP invite to you and to your brother, so he can try to convert himself. And Lee Sin, I dont know if Irelia sent it to me, I just got one "banner" by mail with the prices. I don't know if Irelia is here, this island is bigger than it looks. But I got one "free standard invite" by buying a VIP one, I can give it to you, you will have access to everywhere on the island, but not to everyone.(only a few girls) But...     anyone know if former CLG.EU still qualified? in a previous S@20 post, it was mentioned EG MIGHT be taking them and they'd have already qualified for S3, but i don't see them on the LP pictures, will it be updated once they join a team? would be major disappointed to not see the turtlemasters in s3 :(
