In accordance with the new pricing structure, he is currently available at the 7800 IP / 975 RP price point but will sink down to 6300 IP / 975 RP approximately one week from now.  Joining him is his Deep Terror Thresh Skin, also available for 975 RP. Should you be particularly enamored by Thresh, you can pick both him and Deep Terror Thresh in his release bundle for 1462 RP.
