UPDATE: The problems are more severe than intended. According to RiotBulva, when the NA servers come back up they will be rolled back to the last patch.
Patch 3.5 is out on NA ( EU scheduled for early morning on 3/29 ) but not without it's share of problems! The server is down for Emergency Maintenance and Karma / Ranked Queues are disabled until a hot fix can be deployed later tonight.

"We have potentially found the root cause and are working on a solution that will allow us to deploy patch 3.5 as planned."

" Due to current critical issues, we will be undergoing emergency maintenance to restore the game back to its previous state. This means when service is restored the game will be back online, but without the new features planned for this week. We apologize for the delay and are working hard to make sure everything is fixed and smooth for the new update"

"During the 3.5 deploy this morning, we had to fix an issue that resulted in a bug being reintroduced for Karma. We know how excited everyone is to play her, and we want players first experience of the rework to be awesome. However, with this bug being reintroduced, her play experience would be sub-par, and we don’t want to disappoint anyone. To that extent we are temporarily disabling her until we can get a hotfix out later today to address this. We’re sorry for everyone who is waiting to log in and play her, but want to make sure her rework is rock solid for everyone.
We’ll update this thread when we have a hotfix ready to go and re-open Karma later today."
"During the deploy, we ran into an issue that causes Leagues to slow down, which degrades game play. Therefore, we are leaving ranked queues disabled until a hotfix later today (03/28).
