8/16 PBE Update: Not much.

A small update has been pushed to the PBE! Other than the small changes to The Lightbringer/Hextech Sweeper mentioned below and polish, Twitch also got his files rearranged internally.

The Lightbringer and Hextech Sweeper Circles
Just as Manwolfaxeboss noted yesterday, The Lightbringer and Hextech Sweeper now have faint circles, just like Oracle's Elixir, to denote the range they reveal invisible traps in.
