New champion and skin sale 9/27 - 9/30

As you may have already heard, Garen is getting a visual upgrade in patch 3.12. As this update is right around the corner, he's a look at what Dreadknight Garen will look like ONCE THE PATCH COMES. He will continue to have the same particles as the other Garen skins - only Steel Legion is getting custom.
