3/28 PBE Update: Void Fizz & Super Galaxy Rumble Splash Arts, Barrier Color Change, and more!

The PBE has been updated! In addition to a color change for the summoner spell Barrier, we now have the full splash arts for Void Fizz and Super Galaxy Rumble!

Barrier VFX Updates

Barrier's VFX have been updated. They are now much more off white than yellow and looks considerably less like Aether Wing Kayle's R - a common complaint with the old vfx.
